Vale Ashley Mills

Patrick wharfie Ashley Mills passed away on May 3.

Ashley was a fighter. Knowing that he had a terminal illness he still continued his work with the Rural Fire Brigade right up to the point where he found it physically impossible to continue.

Ashley joined the Union in February 2004 and resigned due to his illness in November last year. He leaves a wife and three children.  The Branch passes on condolences on behalf of our members.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 1.30pm 11th May at 636 Morayfield Road, Burpengary.

The family has asked for many of his fellow workmates to attend.
