SPECIAL ELECTION BULLETIN - BALLOT PAPER ERROR
Members,
It has come to my attention that a typographical error has occurred on the National Office Ballot Paper in the section for the Office of Divisional National Assistant Secretary/s (two to be elected).
Specifically, a candidate's first name is incorrect.
Members are advised of the error and that the National Office Ballot papers issued for the other national positions will REMAIN valid for the election of all other positions apart from the Office of Divisional Assistant National Secretary/s.
The National Office Ballot Paper already issued to members must therefore be completed and returned in the provided envelope along with ballot papers for Branch Ballots that are also underway in various states as applicable.
A fresh, separate ballot paper will be posted to all members for the election of the Divisional National Assistant Secretary/s positions only with a new return envelope.
Only those fresh ballot papers, issued with the correct names of candidates will be recognised for the purpose of the election of the Office of Divisional National Assistant Secretary/s.
