Defects or Issues Identified

"1. Poor safety fencing on outboard cells gaps exeed 300mm. 2. Hatch fenced poorly. all ropes loose, lack of any effective means of tensioning. The ropes distance between stanchions exceed max distance of 2.5m. Stanchions not secured, no holes drilled and pins provided. Gaps in fencing between access ladder and walkway. 3. No provision for saftey railing when cargo is removed at 1/3 deck. 4. Rusty and damaged grates on walkways need to be replaced."
