Nominations close Friday 28 August 2015.
Please see the two forms within this post for guidance on numbers at each area and also the nomination form required to be completed and returned the MUA. The nomination form can be emailed to muaqld@mua.org.au or hand delivered to 73 Southgate ave Cannon Hill.
