Karen Smith - Spirit of Tasmania

I'm in the Union

Karen is 37 and married and works in group travel sales for TT Line (Spirit of Tasmania)Devonport.
She is fortunate to have 100+ women in her workplace.
Karen thinks that Unions are important for Job Security, Support, Power and Women's issues in the workplace.
In the future she hopes for equality between women and men and a greater understanding of family by the employer.
She admires working mothers because it's a 24 hour job.
