Toll delegates talk tactics27 August 2003By Rick Newlyn - Assistant National Secretary
MUA delegates from Toll Westernport,Pt Kembla,Geelong and Melbourne met with branch and national officials in the Victorian Union rooms on August 19.to develop a negotiating strategy for the ongoing enterprise negotiations . The key issues of concern were casualisation lack of a career path and irregular family unfriendly rosters. Delegates created a negotiating template to take back to their ports, ensuring a national perspective to the enterprise negotiations.
