MUNZ continues to meet and have talks with Ports of Auckland management - with progress being slow but positive.
ITF President and MUA National Secretary Paddy Crumlin has welcomed the continuation of negotiations.
The Maritime Union of New Zealand says that it pleased with progress made in talks with Ports of Auckland Limited management.
"Although not yet finalised, we are pleased that negotiations are continuing in what appears to be a respectful and productive fashion," said Mr Crumlin.
"All workers from MUNZ wanted was to be back at work, with the conditions and respect that they deserve.
"We are confident that the negotiations will deliver this."
Maritime Union National President Garry Parsloe says he is heartened by the recent positive progress that has been made in facilitation with Ports of Auckland management this week.
The Maritime Union and Ports of Auckland Limited management have been engaged in facilitation after industrial action at the Port ended with workers returning to the job in early April.
