Tasmania Branch Secretary (See also Jason Campbell and Sean Lawrence)

For the last 8 years I have been the Tasmanian Branch Secretary and have experienced the full dimensions of the MUA including Stevedoring, Seafaring, Port Authorities and Administration.

Struggles around the Stolt, SPOT3, Tas Ports and Toll with the support of the Rank & File have all raised the profile of our Branch.

I have been playing a key role in Unions Tasmania in exposing the Federal Government's Workchoices, and campaigning for the defeat of the Howard Government at the next Election.

If elected I look forward to continuing a strong relationship with the Rank & File across Tasmania.
