Mick Doleman: 23 years full-time official.

The Union has been continually evolving, closely binding all sectors. This has also given me the opportunity to bring together seafaring and stevedoring officials to work in these areas (i.e. offshore and stevedoring) in the best interests of the membership and the Union. A strong feature of the success of this program has been the involvement of rank and file delegates in all of our industry sectors.
