BRAD FLEMING: I am a 29-year old rank and file MUA member, casually engaged (GWE) at P&O Fishermans Island. I am currently studying Business/Industrial Relations at University.

I seek endorsement to bring about a more unified branch, through open and involved communication. Unity can only be achieved through supported rank and file, delegates, Port and Branch committees and meetings. Communication has to be a two-way process between members and officials.

All MUA members deserve the respect, loyalty and backing of all officials equally. Only through a unified Branch with progressive leadership can change in our workplaces be initiated, maintained, enhanced.
