Currently WA deputy branch secretary. I joined the Union in 1975, worked in the seagoing industry for 19 years. I was elected as delegate on various jobs and National Conferences.

I worked in other industries for 2 years driving mobile cranes. Started with P&O (Stevedoring) as a GWE in 1996.

I believe I have the ability and confidence to represent the members in all aspects of the Union, but more importantly I am prepared to listen to the members and have the knowledge and understanding of their issues and workplaces.
